Sandra Goode-Long – State Farm Agent is a high-performing, client-focused insurance agency known for delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships. We are seeking a polished, proactive professional to join our team as a Receptionist – State Farm Agent Team Member.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, professional first impression by greeting clients in person and over the phone
- Coordinate appointments and manage daily office communications with precision
- Respond to incoming inquiries while maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
- Provide exceptional customer service, including proactive follow-up to support client needs
- Assist the team with administrative tasks and special projects to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills with a confident and professional presence
- Exceptional organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable engaging in client conversations, including identifying service opportunities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
